In order to better protect your pavilion, please clear it when the snow thickness exceeds 4 inches. When the wind speed reaches 40mph, please take measures to avoid the wind.
Please carefully check the instructions and accessories before installation. Follow the steps to install. You need 3 people to assist with the installation. You need to prepare ladders and gloves when installing.
The gap inside the roof seems to leak slightly in heavy rain, and the waterproof performance of the roof system is related to the tightness of the installation.

We ordered a 12 x 20 gazebo. It arrived on time but some damage happened during shipping. We contacted Nobelmood regarding the damage. They were awesome. Because of their approach to a problem we ordered a 12 x 12 gazebo. Both of the gazebos are under construction, and now that all boxes and replacement parts have arrived we will have everything together in a couple of days. The individuals working on the gazebos have made it very clear the way Noblemood marks their product makes the construction much easier than many other gazebos they work on. We will be looking at other products made by Noblemood.

I'm pleased with the end result. It took 5 separate days with avg 3 hrs and 3 (4)people built it. Expect imperfect parts. I had one crowning beam bent/curved at one end that required malet to correct it. Most likely damaged during delivery. Noble mood had no replacement of it. Corners of roof panels bent that required pliers and cloth to correct them. Install roof in order and lift it up almost horizontal when fitting them into the rafters. Definitely need 2 ladders for roofing. I used an additional step ladder.

I was able to construct our 12x20 gazebo with the help of my wife and sister over the course of two very full days. A bit of extra help would have shortened this by several hours I'm sure. I am happy with how things turned out. The shipping was very fast. And I was pleasantly surprised that FedEx did not damage any of the boxes. There was 1 roof piece that had a bent corner, but I was able to get it back into shape with a bit of effort. There were a few things that I experienced that prevent me from giving this product a 5 star rating. 1. The clips necessary to help secure and strengthen the angled portions of the roof in place easily slide off while trying to put them in place. I ended up using a Malco SI-1 Snap lock punch (well worth the $58) to lock them in place before installing. And this made this part so much less aggravating. 2. The addition of an allen head drill bit in the kit, and an extra allen wrench would benefit greatly because by the time I got to the last 100 screws, I had completely worn out the included wrench, and had to purchase a couple new ones. 3. The vent screens in our kit that install in the vaulted roof were all stuck together because the hot glue that is used to secure the screens must have still been hot when packaged. Trying to get them apart destroyed the screens. After emailing pictures to Noblemood customer service they quickly responded to get me what I needed. However, they shipped me an entire 100+ lb. "Box 2 of 5" rather than just the screens that I needed. So, I now need to figure out what to do with all of these extra parts. 4. Some areas of the instructions are a bit deceiving and there are several areas that would be much easier to understand if there was more detail. All in all, the end result is great, and well worth the 2 days it took to assemble. We are very happy with the construction and final product.

Took a bit longer than I expected to put together, Took 9 hours, including some breaks and lunch time. We have it securely fastened with lag bolts to a floating deck that is anchored into the ground with 36” anchors.

For what it's worth, I'm a fairly handy man. I put the gazebo together essentially by myself with a little help from wife and 12yo son here and there...It's very large and suitable in our backyard. Love it!

First off this thing when complete is really nice. You will definately need at least 2 people if not more to get this thing up and at least one ladder.
