The box it came was damaged with several tears and crushed corners. One of the seat cushion was flattened to half its depth and one of the main brace post was heavily scuffed. Other than that, the product works fine.

Excellent swing chair that converts to a flat bed. Good shade from well designed tilting top. Came ready to assemble with easy instructions and all parts. Cushions a bit on the smaller side and can be supplemented with additional ones if desired. All in all an excellent value and addition to our back yard.

I don’t like that water puddles on the seat and leaves a dirt ring. I have had it for two weeks and noticed this twice. Wish it was a darker color khaki.

Very comfortable swing. I wish the canopy was flexible enough to use or not use for sun coverage. Sometimes I want to see that beautiful sky right above me. The design does not make it possible to easily remove/or collapse the canopy.

The swing is great--once it's assembled. I recommend that the company hire someone to write directions and not simply provide pictures, which are static. What would help is a sequence of steps, not just glimpses of which pieces go together.
